The Nitecore MT2C boasts a blinding 360 lumen output powered by two CR123A or one 18650 Li-Ion cell. Its convenient two mode interface lets you choose between Turbo and User Defined modes to suit any situation. The MT2C has four brightness levels plus strobe and SOS flashing modes.
With the head slightly loosened the light will cycle through the other three brightness levels and two flashing modes. More amazing, these levels have memory function.With the head in the tightened position the light will activate in turbo mode, lowering the output after three minutes to prevent over-heating. With the special design of this portable flashlight, the beam has a slightly cool temperature which isn't really noticeable unless compared side by side to sunlight white. The user interface for the NiteCore MT2C has a very practical and easy to use user interface.
With the head loosened about a half a turn, the light goes into the user defined mode. Switching the light on and off cycles through the different outputs: high, medium, low, SOS, and strobe. The last output level you select after leaving the light off for more than 2 seconds which will remain when the light is turned on. At any time, tightening the head will put the light into Turbo mode with maximum output of 360 lumens and momentary action on the tail cap, just click for constant on or half press for momentary output.
Useful design features of NITECORE MT2C include a removable and reversible pocket clip, anti-roll head, forward click switch with momentary-on ability, smooth parabolic reflector for long throw, able to tail stand for use as a candle and waterproof to two meters. When used as flashlight around the home, the head can be loosened and low level selected in custom mode, providing long run times at a lower light intensity.
